My construction process is founded on the incorporation of sustainability, performance, and individual expression, without compromise, into each board I produce. Each surfboard is built through a 14-hour process by one set of hands in Dewey Beach, Delaware. By using materials specifically tailored to provide the extreme durability and ultra-lightweight glassing that have become a staple in my boards, and environmentally sensitive manufacturing techniques, I have been able to not only reduce the consumables of my construction process, but also reduce our waste footprint due to fatigue failures. In an industry overrun by toxins and companies cutting costs in all the wrong places, I obsessively invest in research and development that allows me to continue building affordable boards that outperform, and outlast brands that spend more money than I will ever have on marketing.
